National Means-cum-Merit SCholarship Examination NMMS {2016-17).National Means -Cum- Merit Examination (NMMS)-2016-17 to be conducted on 27.11.2016 (Sunday) for thestudents presently studying in Class-VIII in Oovt. IGovt Aided and Local Body Schools(NDMC) under the jurisdiction of Delhi The selected students will be nominated to MHRD fordisbursing scholarship

3. Junior Science Talent Search Examination JSTS 2016-17JSTS-2017 which will be held on 29.01.2017 (Sunday) for the students presently studying inClass IX in Govt., Govt. Aided and unaided recognized Pvt. Schools including KVS. JNV.NDMC etc, under the Jurisdiction of Delhi The selected students will be given scholarship andcertificate by the Directorate of Education. GNCT of Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria

1. NTSE The students who have secured 60% marks in class IX for general category & 55% marksfor reserved Category in the session 2015-16. No income limit is Prescribed

2. NMMS The Students who have secured 55% marks in class VII for General category and 50%marks for the Reserved category in the session 2015-16. The parental annual income from allsources should not exceed Rs.1. 50,0001- for all categories of students during 2015-16.

3. JSTS: The students who have secured 65% marks in class VIII in the session 2015-16. Noincome limit is Prescribed

12. Time for Part-I is 45 minutes, for Part-H is 45 minutes and for Part-III is 90 minutes.13. Each question carries 1 (one) mark.

14. All questions in the booklets are objective type. For each question FOUR possible answers are given, but only one iscorrect. Your task is to find out the correct answer and mark your choice in the Answer Sheet (OMR) only in correct way.15. Record your answer using the blue/black ball point pen. You have to indicate your answer on the OMR Sheet by darkeningthe circle (. on the serial number of the correct alternative. No cutting/erasing/rubbing is allowed on the OMR Sheet in anyform.16. During the examination follow the instructions of the invigilator strictly.
