Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA) was created as an autonomous Society regis tered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Regis tration Act to align and implement the National e-Governance Plan.The mission of TNeGA is to improve the quality of life of our citizens through efficient delivery of Government services using the tools of Information Technology, and to create cos t effective, scalable solutions for Governance, making full use of emerging technologies like

Research Paper on ‘Automatic License Plate Recognition for Indian Roads’.
Arihant Patawari, Principal Architect AI/ML, TNeGA, published a research paper
on ‘Automatic License Plate Recognition for Indian Roads Using Fas ter-RCNN’.
It was presented by Praveen Ravirathinam
(co-author) at the 11th International Conference on Advanced Computing (ICoAC)
held in Chennai.
