Present: None. Vide order dated 19.08.2010 Minority Status Certificate was granted to the

Assembly of God, English Medium School, 850, Napier Town, Russel Chowk,

Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh by this Commission in case no. 433 of 2010 and a

certificate was issued on dated 26.08.2010.

Mr. Dinesh N. Ramtek has filed an application for grant of duplicate minority

status certificate to the above institute on 23.04.2019. It be registered as

miscellaneous case.

The petitioner has filed an application stating that the original Minority Status

Certificate has been lost during the internal relocation of the office files at the

applicant office. The applicant has duly reported the loss of the original Minority

Status Certificate to the Police Station Omti Thana, Jabalpur on 18.04.2019.

Petitioner has also submitted that the applicant society and school require the

original minority status certificate for various administrative and legal compliances.

The petitioner has filed an affidavit of Shri Dinesh N. Ramtek, copy of society

registration certificate, list of the office bearers of the society, recognition certificate,

copy of Minority Status Certificate issued by the Commission, copy of application

submitted before the SHO, Omti Thana, Jabalpur with an affidavit and

acknowledgement of this application by local police station officer of Jabalpur.

In this regard, the Commission has issued a letter dated 14.06.2019 to the

above institute to file an application in prescribed format alongwith all documents.

Thereafter, on dated 13.11.2019 the petitioner institute through his advocate

Mr. Akshat Bhatnagar filed an application that recently while checking the old stock

rooms at school, the original Minority Status Certificate has been found. Therefore,

the institute wishes to withdrawn that application and requested to close the

proceedings in this regard.
