The UNECE region covers more than 47 million square kilometers. Its member States include the countries of Europe, but also countries in North America (Canada and United States), Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) and Western Asia (Israel).Today, UNECE has 56 member States. implementation of each of the 12 critical areas of the Beijing Platform for Action in your country or region, as well as
(b) cross-cutting and/or emerging issues such as migration, human trafficking, demographic trends, impact of the economic crisis, climate change, etc. that particularly affect your country.
