Virtual reality is a term that applies to computer7simulated en'ironments that can simulate 3hysical
presence in places in the real world( as well as in ima!inary worlds/"t co'ers remote communication
en'ironments which pro'ide 'irtual presence of users with the concepts of tele presence and tele
e-istence or a 'irtual artifact 8VA9/ The simulated en'ironment can be similar to the real world in

Au!mented reality is a li'e( direct or indirect( 'iew of a physical( real7world en'ironment whose
elements are au!mented by !enerated sensory input such as sound( 'ideo( !raphics or %3S data/
"t is related to a more !eneral concept called mediated reality( in which a 'iew of reality is modified
8possibly e'en diminished rather than au!mented9 by a computer/As a result( the technolo!y
functions by enhancin! one:s current perception of reality/ By contrast( 'irtual reality replaces the
real world with a simulated one/ Au!mentation is con'entionally in real7time and in semantic
conte-t with en'ironmental elements/

As per many reports( %oo!le is e-pected to start sellin! eye!lasses that will pro.ect information(

The !lasses are not bein! desi!ned to be worn constantly althou!h %oo!le en!ineers e-pect
some users will wear them a lot but will be more like smart phones( used when needed( with
the lenses ser'in! as a kind of see7throu!h computer monitor/%oo!le !lasses are basically wearable
computers that will use the same Android software that powers Android smart phones and tablets/
Like smart phones and tablets( the !lasses will be euipped with %3S and motion sensors/ They will
also contain a camera and audio inputs and outputs/Se'eral people who ha'e seen the !lasses( but
who are not allowed to speak publicly about them(said that the location information was a ma.or
feature of the !lasses/ Throu!h the built7in camera on the !lasses( %oo!le will be able to stream
ima!es to its rack computers and return au!mented reality information to the person wearin! them/
0or instance( a person lookin! at a landmark could see detailed historical information and comments
about it left by friends/ "f facial reco!nition software becomes accurate enou!h( the !lasses could
remind a wearer of when and how he met the 'a!uely familiar person standin! in front of him at a

TECHNOLOGIES USED
,earable computers( also known as body7borne computers are miniature electronic de'ices that are
worn by the bearer under( with or on top of clothin!/ This class of wearable technolo!y has been
de'eloped for !eneral or special purpose information technolo!ies and media de'elopment/,earable
computers are especially useful for applications that reuire more comple- computational support
than .ust hardware coded lo!ics/ ne of the main features of a wearable computer is consistency/
There is a constant interaction between the computer and user( i/e/ there is no need to turn the de'ice
on or off/ Another feature is the ability to multi7task/ "t is not necessary to stop what you are doin! to
use the de'iceH it is au!mented into all other actions/ These de'ices can be incorporated by the user
to act like a prosthetic/ "t can therefore be an e-tension of the user:s mind and;or body/

many problems ha'e occurred due to the absence of the standardiJation of technolo!y/Therefore( the
efficiency of technolo!y de'elopment can be stren!thened throu!h industrial standardiJation/ This
study consists of three phases/The first phase is selectin! standardiJation factors to propose a
