On behalf of Canadian Pacific, please find the enclosed 2017 First Quarter Special Discharge Report for the site located at NE 5th St. and 27th Avenue, Minneapolis MN. In accordance with the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) Industrial Discharge Permit Number 2286 dated November 1, 2015 (MCES permit), this submittal documents the volume and quality of treated water discharged from the pump and treat system owned by Canadian Pacific at the site.

There was no discharge to the sanitary sewer during this reporting quarter; therefore, no analytical data is appended to the MCES Special Discharge Report.

Required information for the MCES permit is provided as follows: • Attachment A - Reporting Period Information - SMR.
