Château Du Breuil
Produced from 5 varieties of apples in the Pays D’Auge region of Normandy.
Calvados with the AOC Pays D’Auge must be made using cider apples produced in the Pays D’Auge area, in conjunction with a double distillation still. This
creates a much finer Calvados, due to the quality of apples enriched by the soil
of the area and the elimination of the roughest parts of the alcohol during the
distillations.
