Since last two months our industry is engaged inmanufacturing.

Our team consist of 8 members which handle

whole process of industry which are The selection of raw material and its trade are

controlled by Rashid Wadho & Manoj Kumar. The collection & distribution channel from farmers

to industry and from industry to ultimate user(Textile) is

controlled by Amjad Hussain & Faizan Ali .

The further process of Bi-products is handled

by Neelam Atique & Muhammad Hanif.

PRODUCT:

RAW MATERIAL: We purchase qualitativeraw material from farmers and we measure

its quality by the ratio analysis and that ratio

is measured by scale which consists of 27-32mm.

PROCESS:After the selection of highquality raw material, it is processed for the

further production .After this process we

get our ultimate product cotton as well as

bi-product.

LABOUR:

Labor is the main source for production of

cotton ,oil and protein.

We highly care our labors for continuous

production.

We also follow rules and regulation of labors

TRADE:

We sell our product to local textile and to

government authorities for export purpose.

We follow all the rules and regulation

regarding trade.

The big disadvantage in trade is price

selection by government.

Another disadvantage is that we are not free

to export cotton directly.

PLACE:

Collection of raw material from land lords and

farmers

Its my duty to visit farmers land for searching

best quality and offers them to sell their

cotton to us at a marginal profit.

I also invite landlords to visit our industry and

attend our meetings for creating goodrelation and for making them permanent

suppliers.

DISTRIBUTION:

I visit different textile mills and attend their

meetings and where I briefly explain about

the quality of cotton and to compel through

best quality to buy our cotton.

I provide samples to textile mills.

I also invite government brokers to visit our

industry for buying our best quality cotton.
