in Florida but EVERYWHERE. Parking in the area from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami is almost non-existent.”
• Miami-Dade MPO Commercial Parking Study: – County provides only 293 truck parking spaces
– Demand for 12,000 spaces – Would require 1,177 acres of property
