1.1/1.2 email with zipped attachment I wanted to send more then one documents so I decided I would create a zip folder and then I can send loads instead of one by one witch makes it easy for me and for the receiver, its also very compressed so it doesn’t take up much room, its just another folder

Address book and contact book • An address book/contact book is very useful when sending an email it is a

big time saver and helps a lot of people when sending an email. What is it is a list of people you have send or want to send an email to and you just press it and there name is added onto the “to” bar (who you want to send it to) this is shown below as well

2.4 folders and saving attachment • The clue is in the name ‘folder

management’ this is a thing that controls your folders so you can save certain things in a certain folder that you choose to name it as. This is also shown below Folders can be added to the email or the email page and will stay there, they help sort out and arrange emails when sent and received they can be saved in them or you can just delete them

When you resave an email make sure you scan it first to make sure it contains no virus that can harm or effect your computer or software

2.6 potential problems

• It might not be working because1. The file size might be to big 2. You might not have the right email address as

once you send it, it might get sent back3. Sometimes a email wont send at all so you

will have to start your email again
