First, make sure students' mailing address is up to date (if not, update via MyWeb ASAP).
Look for a bright green envelope from BankMobile in the mail. This is the student Refund Selection
Kit.The kit will include a Personal Code to validate the student's identity. This code is needed to select
how the student will receive the refund money. The student will also receive a Personal Code by email
which will be sent to the email address on record with EVC.
Next, go to refundselection.com and enter the Personal Code.Select how the student would like to
receive the money.
BankMobile Disbursements provides BankMobile Refund Management, an industry-leading service that
processes and disburses financial aid credit balances to students on behalf of college and university
administrations and offers an optional checking account for students.
EVC has partnered with BankMobile to deliver students' refunds providing our students with choices.
The most common type of money BankMobile disburses to students are funds leftover from financial
aid awards, loans or grants after tuition has been paid. Students receiving these funds have
usually requested this additional support to help them with books and living expenses. Students need to
set up the account and update when necessary to ensure they'll receive any money owed to them in a
timely manner.
Here's what Students need to do to get started:
BankMobile Disbursements
After new financial aid students complete their files, they
will receive their BankMobile Refund Kit by mail and
email. The BankMobile Kit provides the required
Personal Code to set up an account. The students will
need to choose their refund preference via BankMobile.
There are three options to choose from:
- Deposit to personal bank account (ACH)
- Open an account with BankMobile
- Paper check mailed to their home
If a new student has already received a notice about their
financial aid award, but has not received the BankMobile
kit, the student can request their Personal Code at:
