Presentations Current Planning Efforts in the Gold Corridor Presentations included information on local planning efforts, highlights of station area plan visions and desired outcomes, as well as station area strengths and challenges. Staff presented information for the 41 st & Fox station in Denver and the Pecos and Federal stations in Adams County utilizing Reconnecting America’s Gold Line Corridor Reconnaissance Summary. Kevin Nichols, Senior Planner for the City of Arvada presented information for the Sheridan, Olde Town and Arvada Ridge stations. Ken Johnstone, Community Development Director for the City of Wheat Ridge presented on the Ward Road station. Staff agreed to send out the notes to groups so they could think more about these issues before the next meeting. Groups will be given time at the next meeting to complete worksheets and report out.
