The companyGol Iplik Seremet Tekstil is a Turkish textile company located in Inegol (Bursa)that started its activities inthe technical textile industry back in 1987 with a small spinning installation.Thanks to the great vision of the Seremet family the company has thrived, andGol Iplik today representsan established global brand with a wide product range.

Production is carried outin Gol Iplik’s three facilities that together cover an areaof 71,000 m².The company is specializedon the production of blended yarn from Ne6 to Ne60;the blends comprise any natural, regenerated and/or man-made fiber (e.g. viscose, linen, dralon, polyester, trevira, carded and combed cotton, wool, silk, angora and nylon).

Marzoli technological asset:a relationship of over 30 yearsIn order to excel on product quality, and achieve the highest standards in flexibility, Gol Iplik has always relied on Marzolifor its spinning technology.

The first project between Marzoli and Gol Iplik datesback to 1988 when Marzoli provided Gol Iplik with two spinning frames.During ITMA 2011 Mr. Erdogan Seremet was awarded for being the first client in Turkey to install more than 100,000 spindles all from Marzoli.“The great cooperation between our two companies has definitely contributed to the success of the Gol Iplik brand worldwide. After the outstanding results in quality and productivity of the first 5 Marzoli C701 installed in 2017, Gol Iplik Seremet, between 2018 and 2019, decided to install other 17 C701. Thanks to their geometry, carding surface of 3.74 sqm, number of flats and sturdy design, these cards have been capable of achieving outstanding performancesin the parallelization, selectionof the fibres and productivity. Following the successful experience with Marzoli machines, Gol Iplik Seremet decided to install fourMarzoli bobbin transport systems MTR to furtherboost automation on its spinning units.The bobbins are carried by 4 closed-circuit overhead chains along the aisles between the 24 spinning frames installedin the plant. The MTR has been highly appreciated by Gol Iplik for its fully- customizable design, its reliability and especially for the possibility to integrate Marzoli bobbin stripper, the IBC, on the exchanger. The IBC allowsto reduce the number of stops of the transport chain and to boost the transport overall efficiency when comparedto competing solutions.
