Camisa Oxford
Toma su nombre de la ciudad inglesa de Oxford, donde se
empezó a confeccionar, primero para ser usada por hombres,
y poco después para ser usada por mujeres. Fabricada 100%
en algodón, la tela tiene una estructura de “tejido de cesta”
(basketweave). En su elaboración, se tejen hilos teñidos y no
teñidos lo que le da ese característico aspecto, apreciable a
simple vista. En God Save My Swing usamos la versión de
esta tela conocida como Royal Oxford, elaborada con hilos
más finos que le otorga un tacto más suave, lo que la hace
apta para todas las estaciones del año.
The Oxford Shirt
It takes its name from the English city of Oxford where it
originated to be worn, first, by men and a little later, by
women too. It is 100% cotton basketweave fabric. In its
making, dyed and undyed yarns are woven giving it its eye-
catching distinctive look. At God Save My Swing we use
the Royal Oxford pattern, made with finer yarns resulting in
a softer feel, making it a shirt suitable for all seasons.
Extremely comfortable, our American and Old American denim shirts provide a casual yet elegant look.
