HydrotheraphyThis therapy includes various forms of hip baths and arm and foot baths. A special tub is used to treat that specific area of the body. These baths are given with cold, hot, neutral or alternate temperature water to obtain the desiredtherapeutic effect. The hip bath treatment is used to treat problems of digestion, bowel, kidney, bladder, and menstrual disorders. While the arm and foot bath therapy is beneficial in treating asthma, bronchitis, Insomnia, menstrualdisorders, sinusitis, knee joint pain, sciatica pain and improves skin functioning through perspiration.

Spinal Spray

This involves a gentle massage of fine water columns through spray on the spinal cord and its adjacent muscles using a specialized reclining tub. This serves in stimulating the central nervous system. It is beneficial in hypertension,irritation, excitement, nervous disorders and mental diseases like hysteria, epilepsy, insanity & insomnia. When nerves are depressed, or during severe back ache, hot spinal bath is advised to relieve the pain. It is the best treatment for gastric disorders & sciatic pain. Improves blood circulation to the spine, activates the nervous system, relieves congestion over the spinal nerve, and provides total relaxation. Good to relieve hypertension, headache and backache.

Mud Therapy

Mud is an important element of nature with many importantminerals that are capable of absorbing the toxins from the body and have a positive impact on our health. It is given in via mud packs on the localized affected area or in a mud bath where the entire body is soaked to treat skin diseases like Psoriasis, Urticaria, Leucoderma, Leprosy and other skin allergic conditions.It relaxes the muscles, improves blood circulation, improves metabolism having positive impact on digestion, relieves pain & inflammation, loosens stiff joints and is great for skin & hair.

EnemaWarm Water, Butter Milk, Tender Coconut Water, etc.Also known as rectal irrigation, an enema involves the injection of fluid into the rectum. Generally, one to two liters of water is gently injected. The patient then may either lie down on his back or walk a little while retaining the water. The water is evacuated along with the accumulated morbid matter. This is not only the safest system for cleaning the bowels, but also improves the peristaltic movement of the bowels and thereby relieves constipation. A cold water enema is helpful in inflammatory conditions of the colon, especially in cases of dysentery, diarrhea, ulcerative colitis and fever. A hot water enema is beneficial in relieving irritation due to inflammation of the rectum and painful hemorrhoids. It also benefits women in leucorrhoea.

Circular Jet Bath

In circular jet bath, multiple, small powerful water jets from all directions are directed to the patient to promote to give instant cooling & a refreshing effect. It causes intense circulatory reaction, which helps in stimulating skin tissues. Circular Jet bath is done to whole body with therapeutic effect of ozone sterilizing of water & laser kind of water massage. Therapeutically it relieves muscle tension, reduces Cellulite, Rheumatism & Arthritis. Also improves Blood Circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system, Tightens skin & tissue. It has slimming effect for overweight or obese people. Softens hard muscles & relieves joint pains & disinfects certain skin disease.

Colon Irrigation or Colon HydrotherapyColon hydrotherapy is the gentle rinsing of the colon with warm water, to remove encrusted fecal matter, gas and mucus. This allows vital nutrients to be absorbed more easily and leaves you feeling rejuvenated and healthier. Colonics can also help re-tone & reshape the colon. No chemicals or drugs are involved and the entire therapy is both relaxing and effective. A healthy well-functioning bowel is essential for the maintenance of optimal health.
