GMS Media Center Open for Students

Monday - Friday 7:50 am - 3:15 pm

Open before school until 8am bell and after school for book return and checkout.

Students must have a pass from their teacher to come to the library during school hours 8am - 3pm

students and staff to enjoy reading and working in a

relaxing atmosphere.

Great books are here for you to read & they are organized in many sections of the Media Center.

These books are picture books that are great to read to younger siblings.

World LanguagesThe Media

Center has both

browsing and

checkout.

Audio Books

The Media Center has many books in audio form - Playaways. You just need to provide the headphones.

Non-Fiction Books

These books are written to share information and are organized by the Dewey Decimal System.

Fiction BooksFiction books are organized by the first three letters of the author’s last name.

● Check out two books at a time.● Overdue book or magazine must be returned

before checking out additional times. ● Books may be checked out for two weeks and

magazines for one week.● Books may be renewed for an additional two

week period.

When students come to the Media Center, they need to sign-in on the Google form.

Search for a book on the Destiny Catalog

Look up books using the Destiny Catalog.

Log in using your ID # and your computer password.

Go check out a book!!
