GMC uses a gold slip reward system based on our SLE’s (Student Learning Expectations). The students receive gold slips which they can then place in a grade level container in their classrooms.During this time of distance learning, the teachers are putting the names of all students who have done a great job in any area of the SLE’s into a “gold slip” can and then choosing one name for our virtual assemblies on Fridays. We want to continue to recognize our students as they continue to work hard both during the zoom instruction and during independent learning. This is one way that we encourage students to be Faith Filled Active-Catholics, Lifelong Learners and Responsible Citizens.
