Click on “Create new label”

Give meaningful name of the labelAnd click the create button

To create sub-label under the previous label of FamilyGive a meaningful sub-label name and select the label of Family as above from the dropdown and check the feature “Nest label under” and click than click the “Create” button

To manage the label as we desire, click on “Manage labels”For filtering our email according to the label

To create filter, click the button “Create a new filter” as below and than follow the instruction wizard

Type the email address here of whom you want to place into the sub-label of “Brother” under the label of family In our example to preserve all email from him into this sub-labelAnd than click on “Create filter with this search” as below

Check the “Skip the inbox (Archive it)” to avoid duplication of email archive in multiple places, select the dropdown of “Apply the label” & choice Family/BrotherTo filter the email according our exampleThan check the “Also apply filter to..” and Finally click the button “Create filter” to complete as our example. Now all the Email comes from itsalauddin41@yahoo.comWill preserve into the sub-label of “Brother”Under the label of “Family”.
