Working of Gmail backup tool

STEP1:-DOWNLOAD GMAIL BACKUP TOOL

Choose your preferred language and login to your gmail account.

STEP 3:-

Login to your Gmail account & click accept for authentication. You will now be redirected to software interface. Choose the various options as per your requirement. Even choose amongst the additional options delete after download or apply filters.

In the filter options you can choose the relevant folders you want to backup & can also make use of the time intervals options.

STEP 5:-

Click on start to initialize the process. The software will then indicate the progress, counts status and many more.

Upon completion the software indicates through a box containing "download successful". Click OK.The software then displays the progress status.

Navigate to the output destination location where the software has downloaded a local backup of your Gmail account data.
