Further involved to assist Sr. Structural Engineer in preparing structural modeling for structural analysis of bridge/culverts (RC & PC Girder Bridge) by using structural design software, STAAD pro, GEAR and other calculation by using XLS Spread Sheet in accordance to the AASHTO LRFD, BNBC and standard structural design practice of LGED.Working also involved in preparing monthly, quarterly, annual and mid-term progress reports, participating meetings with the, visiting sites for planning & designing and solving other critical issues of site problems. Developing checklist for improvement of supervision techniques and facilitating training courses on construction supervision of civil works.
