GLOBAL YOUTH SUMMIT 2016

First Global Youth Summit is one-day celebration of the leadership potential. When we went in Mall of Asia Arena where the GYS 2016 happened I saw many college students from other big colleges and universities. And after that the speakers came and first they shown as what the other delegates and students do as a leader of a youth and maintain the satisfaction rate of their members. They show a video for us that motivating, inspiring and engage the youth to take their stand and make their own move about happenings in country and in the world, for that young people creates space to share their own ideas about the future and see that students are not alone they can now express his/her opinion in this program. The Global Youth Summit 2016 objectives is to make all students in the Philippines as well as Southeast Asia countries to become a good leader and make shine all the hidden potential that a students have.

This program is so different and unique because the delegates focuses in the potential of the students from other school and universities. And it’s okay from me as a student to show what potential I have in person. And Dr. Florida C. Labuguen came in the program as a speaker. Me and my other classmates as a Tupian are very inspired on what she said and also make other students from other universities besides from TUP inspires on what she said about Leadership and all students have a potential to rise up, dream big and make their opinions speak out in this celebration.

The Global Youth Summit 2016 convenes thousands of inspired young delegates annually in Manila to develop youth leadership that is globally-minded and innovative. And students must participate in workshops that address themes and issues that impact youth like technology, environment, public policy advocacy and education. I as a student have many things I have learned in this celebration hope I might get over again in this big celebration of the youth in the Philippines as well as Southeast Asia countries.
