Eddy A. Sumar, MBA, CCE, CICE, and CEW, is the Founder

of ER$ Consul+ng Services in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. He

is an Interna+onal Trade Financing Consultant; a Consult-

ant for the Center for Interna+onal Trade Development

(CITD); a member of the Guidepoint Global Advisors, and

an Associate of Quote 2 Cash Q2C). Mr. Sumar has a Bach-

elor degree in Business Administra+on (B.B.A.) from Beth-

lehem University, Bethlehem, West Bank where he en-

joyed a Fulbright scholarship and graduated as Valedictori-

an. He also obtained his MBA with dis+nc+on from Leices-

ter University, Leicester, UK. With 24+ years of experience

in the credit and collec+on field, he is a published author

with mul+ple accolades, including the NACM/Robert Half

Student of the Year Award in 2000, the Best Ar+cle Award

in 2003, CCE Designa+on of Excellence Award in 2004,

2006 CMA Credit Execu+ve of the Year Award, the CCR

Credit Excellence Awards 2011 in Interna+onal Credit Man-

agement, and 2012 CMA Instructor of the Year Award.
