IZAK DUENYAS | FACULTYIzak Duenyas is the Donald C. Cook Professor of Management and Professor of Operations

Management at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and holds an appointment at the Department of Industrial and Operations Engineering. He also serves as the Faculty Director of the Michigan Ross Executive MBA Program. He received his PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University in 1991. Duenyas is interested in supply chain management and coordination, revenue management in a variety of industries, evaluation of investment decisions in capacity, and in modeling and control of production systems. Duenyas has served as area editor in Manufacturing, Service and Supply Chain Operations Area of Operations Research. His research has been funded by NSF as well as private industry. He has done extensive education and consulting for a variety of companies such as GE, Siemens, Dell, Apple, Foxconn, Cummins, Merck, Teva, Continental, Bank of America, and others.

JEFF DEGRAFF | FACULTYJeff DeGraff, Professor of Business Administration, University of Michigan’s Ross School of

Business, has consulted with hundreds of the world’s most prominent firms (GE, Apple, Google). He has developed a broad array of widely used innovation methodologies and tools. DeGraff’s research and writing focuses on leading innovation. He is co-author of several books including Creativity at Work: Developing the Right Practices to Make Innovation Happen, Leading Innovation: How to Jumpstart Your Company’s Growth Engine and Competing Values Leadership: Creating Value in Organizations. His new book, Innovation You: 4 Steps to Becoming New and Improved shows how the principles and methods of business innovation can be applied to our lives as individuals. DeGraff’s opinions on contemporary business matters are covered by Fortune, Wired, and the Wall Street Journal to name a few. He writes a syndicated column for Inc. Magazine and has a regular segment on public radio called The Next Idea. DeGraff founded a leading innovation institute, Innovatrium, with labs in Ann Arbor and Atlanta.
