Strong deviation in supination, frequently spasticity reasons


• Harmonised foot-lift with controlled plantarflexion during walking

• During acute spasticity movement is not limited, therefore no force works against the spasticity. After the muscle tonus relaxes the elastic supination correction belt repositions the foot in a neutral position (unique function in this product category )

• According this function the orthosis can also function as a night splint, perfectly useable for patients with acute spasticity problems, preventing bad positioning during night!

• Can also be worn without shoes; with anti-slip pad modification (unique function in this product category)

• Lightweight

• Can be used therapeutically use during early mobilisation, preventing bad positioning of the foot

1. Malleo Neurexapro meets the following requirements



• Thermoplastic AFO

• The special design of the straps in combination with the elastic supination correction strap offers an effective positioning and correction of the foot position.

• Useable as both a Day and Night splint (AFO)

• With the attached anti slip pad applied, barefoot use is possible




Elastic supination correction strap

• Effective against spasticity;during acute spasticity the elastic strap allows the foot to extend in plantar flexion and supination. During the relaxing phase the elastic strap correct the foot into neutral position.

• The power of the strap is adjustable in 4 steps.

Not every time single hand donning doffing possible

If the orthosis is not used as a night splint or as device without closed shoes it is possible to cut the forefoot strap (with scissors)
