8th September 2018 Global Institute of Technology Jaipur experienced its first event

‘SAMANVAYA 2018’ fresher’s party organized for 1st year students.

This event started with lighting of the lamp and ganeshVandana.This was followed by the floral

welcome of Vice Chairman ShriRajkumarKandoi, Director Dr. Renu Joshi, Executive

DirectorShriManojMahla,

Director Dr. Renu Joshi motivated students to work hard and concentrate on their goals to take the

college great heights.

Excutive Director Mr. ManojMahla welcomed the juniors and wished them for their college journey

ahead.

The juniors 480 students participated enthusiastically and showcased their talent in performance Mr.

SiddheshwarPuri and Miss AnshikaDikshit were selected as Mr. various activities like Dance, Song,

Skit etc.Seniors also gave their amazing Fresher and Miss Fresher GIT.

The event conducted with every newcomer carrying a feeling of happiness within them.

RUDRIKA

Three Day Cultural hegemony Annual (inter-college) Cultural fest Rudrika 2018 was organized at

Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur on 5 th. April 2019. All the performances during these three

days in various segments were truly spectacular.

The cultural extravaganza was attended by more than 1300 students, who participated in various

cultural events.

All the events like:NukkadNatak by Hunkaar Group, Singing Competition (solo) and Dance

Competition. All the events witnessed tremendous response from the participants from various

streams in Global Institute of Technology. Each and every event was a memorable experience.

JIGYASA

Global Technical Campus, organized three days event “JIGYASA-‘18 (National Level Techno-

Management Fest)” from 15-10-2018 to 17-10-2018. Students over 100 institutions across the

country participated in different technical events. Total number of participant 390 students.DrRenu

Joshi (Director,GIT) and Mr. ManojMahla (Executive Director) emphasized on the role of technical

events in personality development of students. The Techno-fest includes the events viz. Innovation,

Entrepreneur café, Robo-Floor, Developers Evoluation, LAN-Games, Brain-o-Mania, Cyber world,

Literary-Arena and gaming adda etc.

SAYONARA

Sayonara’19 (farewell program) was held on 6th April ,2019 taking up the theme of different global

cultures. The event was a great success where the students were given titles related to their

memories. Prof. Renujoshi, Director GIT shared their experiences, motivated and wished the

students for their bright future.Total number of participants 1200.

GRADUATION DAY

Global Technical Campus celebrated its Graduation Day cum convocation ceremony on 18 May

2019 at the auditorium of GIT Jaipur. The ceremony was conducted in two sessions; the first session

was organized for students of CSE and EE Branch and the second session was for the students of

ECE and Mechanical students. The chief guest for session was Dr. M.P. Sharma of RVPNL & Mr.

P. M. Bhardwaj of Bhardwaj Foundation with The Vice Chairman of GIT Jaipur, Mr. Raj Kumar

Kandoi, Director Dr. Renu Joshi, President of GTC Alumni Association Mr. PrashantSaxena,

Mentors of GTCAA Mr. Raj Bhutra& Mr. KapilMengharani and all the Dignitaries of GIT Jaipur.

The Ceremony commenced with the Lamp Lightening Ceremony followed by an introductory

address by the Director Of GIT Dr. Renu Joshi and an address by the Vice Chairman Mr.

RajkumarKandoi and the honorable Chief Guests.

The students of the outgoing batch of 2014-18 were all excited about the completion of their

graduation and they were given away with certificates and mementos. All the functionaries wished

them success and a bright and remarkable career. Successful GIT alumni of previous batches were

also present in the ceremony.Total number of participants 600.

SWACHHTTA PAKHWARA 2017

To spread awareness of and evoke of sensevity to virtues of sanitation and cleanliness and help the

government in successfully achieving the initiative of Swatch Bharat Abhiyan.

MHRD desires that all neigh level educational institutes participate in this program me.

AICTE, Government of India is also arranging various competition connect with Swatch Bharat

Abhiyan from 1st to 15thSeptember 2017.

Dr. Renu Joshi, Director GIT shared information about the initiative government of India of

streamlining on 9thSeptember 2017amalgamating it with swatchhata Pakhwaraspecial cleanliness

driven was carried out at GIT premises on 9thSeptember 2017.Wherein the students and staffs of the

college participated in the cleaning and beautification of the campus. At that time poster and slogan

competition was organized under the Swachhta Pakhwara. I am happy to express the get together in

support of SWACHHTA PAKHWADA 1-15 September 2017 was very successful, teaching and non

teaching staff were present apart with the considerable presence of students of our institute.

Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur on March 22-24, 2018. These three days saw pure artistic

expressions by budding and upcoming technocrats who deployed tremendous energy and discipline

to make this event a memorable one. All the performances during these three days in various

segments were truly spectacular.

The cultural extravaganza was attended by more than 284 students from 11 colleges across Jaipur,

who participated in various cultural events.

All the events that took place in the span of three days were NukkadNatak by Hunkaar Group,

The following were the highlights of the techno-fest:

1.Robo-floor: In this event participant has to design a manual or wireless Robot which can fight or

which is new as per era. In this event there are the different programmes like: Dirt Race, Line

follower, Water Rocket, Robo-soccer, and Robowar etc.

2.Lan games: This arena comprised of games like Counter Strike, NFS, Tekken, FIFA and Road

Rash for girls.

3. Brain-o-Mania: This arena comprised of events which involved coding, database management

and CAD techniques.

4. Literary Arena: Events involving Indian history, literature, English grammar and phonetics were

involved in this arena.

5. Cyber World: This arena tested the bluffing skills of students through events like Bluff Master,

Dalalstreet and Junkyard.

6. Innovations (Young Scientist Contest): The Seventh edition of the young scientist contest was a

great success where students from different colleges took part to exhibit their engineering projects.

Total 903 students from 18 different colleges of Jaipur are participated in this event.
