The program will equip you with the skills necessary to make a real contribution to a world-beating organization and you will have the chance to take on responsibility at an early stage.

The Global Graduate Program offers various career opportunities in one of the four areas:• General Management

(cross-functional)• Finance • Human Resources • Information Services

All programs start September 1.

Global graduates have the unique opportunity to build a strong network across the globe.

General Management.The General Management track is an 18-month program combining on-the-job and off-the-job development worldwide. In three separate 6-month assignments, it offers every global graduate a true business experience in different divisions, functions and countries.

The assignments are built typically along our value chain such as Bids & Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Project Management and Strategy.

The assignments will be determined by setting up an individual development plan considering the overall business priorities and the global graduate’s profile. Hence, you will be able to make a real difference to the business.

This experience will help you to get a broad knowledge base and understanding of Bombardier. It will enable quick integration into a multi-national environment and act as a catalyst to develop and enhance a boundary-less organization.

From day one, you will be working on real business projects and will contribute to actual business strategy within your respective team. You will gain exposure to different business areas in different functions and countries providing valuable insights to our organisation, its culture and its people. We believe that this process delivers the broadest experience possible.

Throughout the program a personal mentor will be assigned to you to help, support and develop you.

Alongside the on-the-job experience you will be invited to participate in four development modules. These modules are related to our strategy and current business challenges. These regular get-togethers offer you the opportunity to create a network among the group of global graduates and enhance your visibility within the organization.

We will provide you with the necessary tools and develop the required skills in preparation for your final integration into the business at the end of the program.

Alumni.Bombardier successfully introduced the Global Graduate Program to attract the best talent to further ensure competitive advantage in the rail industry and we are now recruiting the fourth generation of global graduates.

During their assignments in different countries, divisions and functions the global graduates learn what drives our business, understand our customer requirements and get challenging opportunities to deliver results.
