Territoria Civil was established following Leighton

Holdings Limited’s purchase of Macmahon

Holdings’ construction projects in the Territory in

early 2013.

We employ more than 400 staff and hundreds

of contractors to deliver a number of high-

profile projects for a diverse range of local and

international customers .

Territoria Civil has a proud history of working in the Northern Territory. We are currently delivering three high-profile projects, which are helping to boost the Top End’s economy through job creation and use of local industry suppliers.

Darwin Marine Supply Base

Location:Darwin,NorthernTerritory

Client: Northern Territory Government

Contract value: $101 million

Contract type:DesignandConstruct

Completion date: Late 2013

Brief description:

This challenging project involves designing and

constructing a three-berth wharf structure and

associated landside development to support the

expandingoffshoreindustryinDarwin.

New buildings with a floor area of 2,500m2

will be provided to service the wharf, including

warehousing,ablutionsandoffices.Services

to be installed include 650m of stormwater,

5,000m of electrical conduit, 600m of potable

water, 300m of sewer and 650m of fuel line.

Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility

Location:Darwin,NorthernTerritory

Client:DarwinCityCouncil

Contract value: $46 million

Contract type: Landfill &

green waste management

Completion date:December2019

Brief description:

Territoria Civil’s nine-year contract to manage the

facility includes handling green, domestic and

industrial waste, leachate control, environmental

monitoring, and constructing control waste

containment cells for further landfill.

The facility services approximately 50,000

households, as well as commercial and

industrialbusinesses.Itisthefirsttropicallandfill

in Australia to have implemented a total leachate

re-ingestion system.

Ichthys Project onshore LNG facilities Site Development Civil Works Package (CVL2)

Location: Darwin,NorthernTerritory

Contract value: $340 million

Contract type: Construction Only

Completion date: June2014

Brief description:

TheJohnHollandTerritoriaCivilJointVentureis

undertaking civil construction works associated

with delivering the finished earthwork levels for a

new LNG plant and supporting facilities.

The scope of the project includes all work

required for the site development of the LNG

plant, flare pad, module offloading facility

causeway, operations complex and site access

road. Works also include the engineering,

design, construction and monitoring of the

ground improvement work.
