Transport Hub Development at Bangsue Area

Bang Sue is connected via MRT Blue Line, the Purple Line at Ban Son station, Tao Poon station and BTS Green Line Mochit station (4.1km). By 2020, Bang Son SRT Light Red Line station will be completed, with links to the Sino-Thai rail at ‘Bang Sue Central Station’, this will provide immense convenience and better connectivity in and out of

the city.

The development will have eight hectares of green and open areas in the city centre

The Smart City Sensor Grid and Smart City platforms will connect, manage and monitor One Bangkok systems and operations management, temperature, photo, noise and air quality sensors and predictive maintenance of building systems

The two components will be used to integrate smart services in energy, water, telecommunications, predictive maintenance, video analytics, security, traffic and parking in buildings.

จงหวดภเกตไดวางเปาหมายส าหรบการพฒนาสความเปน Smart City อยางสมบรณภายใน พ.ศ. 2563 ไวดวยกน 2 ประเดน คอ Smart Economy และ Smart Living Community ทงยงไดก าหนดวสยทศนใหภเกตเปนเมองแหงการทองเทยวทมการเตบโตอยางยงยนบนฐานของเศรษฐกจสรางสรรค (Creative Economy) เพอความสขของทกคน

1. Smart Economy การสราง Smart Economy หรอเศรษฐกจอจฉรยะของเมองภเกตนน จะเนนสงเสรมใหเกดอตสาหกรรมท 2 คอ อตสาหกรรมดจทล ขนมารองรบอตสาหกรรมทองเทยวทเปนอตสาหกรรมหลก ซงทผานมาเศรษฐกจของจงหวดภเกตขยายตวไดจากอตสาหกรรมการทองเทยวขาเดยวมาโดยตลอด จงตองแสวงหาอตสาหกรรมใหมทจะชวยใหเมองเตบโตไดอยางยงยน โดยมงเนนไปการลงทนดานการวจยและพฒนาดานเทคโนโลย ตงแตการสรางแหลงรวบรวมองค ความรในลกษณะของสถาบนวจย (Research Center) หรอศนยนวตกรรม (Innovation Center) ไปจนถงการสงเสรมใหอตสาหกรรมการทองเทยวหนมาใช Smart Technology เพอเพมประสทธภาพธรกจ รวมทงการเปดโอกาสใหภาคธรกจและนกพฒนาซอฟตแวรทงในประเทศและตางประเทศเขามาตงและด าเนนกจการ ดวยมาตรการยกเวนภาษ 8 ป กระบวนการสราง Smart Economy เหลาน ทายทสดจะท าใหเมองภเกตยกระดบเปนศนยกลางแหงความรและการพฒนาเทคโนโลย ซงจะสงผลใหสนคาและบรการของเมองไดรบการสรางสรรคและตอยอดจนมคณภาพและมลคาเพมสงขน

2. Smart Living Community แนวทางการสราง Smart Living Community เพอสรางเสรมคณภาพชวตทดของคนในเมองภเกต แบงไดเปน 3 ดาน ไดแก การสรางแอพลเคชนอ านวยความสะดวกดานการทองเทยว การสรางระบบเทคโนโลยรกษาความปลอดภยครอบคลมทวทงเมอง และการสรางกลไก IoT ดแลสงแวดลอมของเมอง

ดานการสรางระบบเทคโนโลยรกษาความปลอดภยของเมอง ไดมการวางแผนน าระบบ CCTV ท างานรวมกบโซลชนตรวจจบใบหนา เพอเฝาระวง ตรวจสอบและตดตามผกระท าผด ดานการคมนาคมทางน า ไดมการวางระบบรกษาความปลอดภยโดยการน า Vessel Tracking Management System (VTMS) และกลไก Smart Band ซงเปนระบบตดตามเรอเพอรกษาความปลอดภยทางน าใหแกนกทองเทยว ขณะทแนวทางการสรางกลไกดแลสงแวดลอมของเมองไดมความรเรมน า Smart Sensor ทผสมผสานเทคโนโลย IoT มาตรวจสอบสภาพภมอากาศ ตรวจสภาพของน าทะเล และตรวจสอบความผดปกต ของสงแวดลอมทอาจเกดขนเพอใหสามารถด าเนนการแกไขสถานการณไดอยางทนทวงท

ทงน เพอใหการขบเคลอนสเปาหมาย Smart Economy และ Smart Living Community เปนไปอยางมประสทธภาพ ปจจบนเมองภเกตยงมนโยบายในการเรงขยายโอกาสการเขาถงบรการอนเทอรเนตฟรใหแกประชาชนอยางทวถงภายใตโครงการ Public High Speed City Internet ทเนนการตดตง Public Free Wi-Fi ความเรวแบบ Hi-Speed อยางนอย 20Mbps บรเวณพนทสาธารณะ โดยเรมจาก 2 พนทน ารอง คอ เขตเทศบาลเมองปาตองและเทศบาลเมองภเกตกอนเปนอนดบแรก
