My Approach to Fusing!Make the glass art piece as interesting looking as possible without overloading or messing up a design.
This two day workshop will give you the techniques and information you need to add new design elements to your work. From subtle to bold, from minimalist to baroque, from abstract to representational – we will have something for everyone.
Besides all those design elements we will also concentrate on kiln forming, which becomes a true adventure when working with Kaiser Lee Board molds and modules. They are re- usable countless times and can be used for slumping, draping and
castings. Nearly anything you can think of can be realized with KL-board. It is the only tool that enables us to make some of the most unusual glass art objects with surprisingly little effort. KL-board is very versatile and will definitely expand your pallet of kiln worked glass.
The following slides will give you an overview of the subjects and objects covered in the workshop.
