Therapy

Therapy, 2201 Collins Avenue, inside W South Beach, Miami Beach, FL 33139 305.673.9101 www.wsouthbeach.com

Situated in the W South Beach Hotel, Therapy offers a chic and sophisticated alternative to the South Beach shopping experience. Guests are invited to experience the 3,000 square foot three-in-one concept store for the ultimate fashion, accessory and beauty experience.

Located on Collins Avenue, Therapy partners with Warren-Tricomi salon, housing six styling stations where patrons can receive a number of services including cuts, colors and blowouts. Unlike many Miami boutiques that boast storefronts of low cost party dresses, Therapy houses racks of high-end and premium designers for both men and women including Earnest Sewn and Genetic Denim.

What may be the most appealing is the mix of serenity, structure and art infused in the store’s decor. With floor to ceiling draperies, white windows and whit walls accented by varying textures and treatments, black wall paper with golden tear drops, crystal chandeliers and a mural painted by artist Peter Tunney, the space is inviting enough for clients to want to stay around for a bit.

Her style has been defined by the Dizionario della Moda as eclectic, her clothes, as having the delicateness of a ballet dancer, while at the same time, the strength of a rock star. Her prêt-à-porter gave rise to the concept of demi-couture while her wedding gowns have become the perfect vehicle for her creative talent; recognized by the invitation to have one of her pieces at the “Unbridaled: The Marriage of Tradition and Avant Garde” exhibition in Paris.

Recently, Tcherassi released one of a kind Mochila bags handmade by the local Wayuu women of Colombia and embellished with Swarovski Elements, which have recently been seen on Vogue.com and featured on The Martha Stewart Show where Silvia and Martha made the bags together.

Formerly a boutique hotel, The Webster also has a 3,000 square foot private third floor and a 1,100 square foot open-air roof which is used for the lounge as well as private events and exhibitions. Who’s had dinner there? None other than the likes of Emilio Pucci and Viktor & Rolf.

This is very “New Miami”, a stomping ground for creatives, taste makers and business leaders. The Webster is a must stop to relax, shop, work, talk or all simultaneously.
