Trench is a world leader in the design and manufacture of high voltage equipment on electric utility and high energy industrial systems. GIS current and voltage transformers are used to convert high transmission line currents (up to 6000 A) and voltages (up to 800 kV) to standardized low and easily measurable values, which are used for metering, protection and control of the high voltage system. As such, the need for accurate and reliable current and voltage transformation is essential. Our GIS current and voltage transformers are adaptable to any OEM specific requirement and adaptation to GIS switchgears.
