LandThe farmland is accessed either off the main road or via a private track which runs alongside the river. The farmland consists of 212.44 acres pasture, 2.34 acres woodland, and 0.67 acres roads/buildings/miscellaneous.

Each of the fields have stock proof and electric fencing and the majority of them have access to either a private or natural water supply.

There are a couple of blocks of woodland which provide amenity for wildlife and shelter for livestock.
