Art Robbins

President, Americas & Partner,Frost & Sullivan

Art Robbins is the President of Frost & Sullivan’sAmericas operations. He is responsible for all sales,delivery, and support functions servicing all clients in the United States, Canada and Latin America.

Mr. Robbins directs Frost & Sullivan’s Growth Consulting practice in the Americasproviding quality assurance review, executive steering committee participation,strategic workshop facilitation, and moderation of CEO panels. Additionally, Mr.Robbins assists clients with their strategic planning activities, and conductsexecutive briefings on Mega Trends. Mr. Robbins’s career has spanned multipleconsulting companies, starting with American Management Systems, an ITconsulting firm, managing software and consulting practices that served bothFortune 100 commercial and government clients. Later at Ernst & Young, asPartner and Vice President, he provided a full range of business strategy, processimprovement and IT consulting services to high growth entrepreneurial andmidmarket companies. His industry experience includes energy, information andcommunications technologies, manufacturing, and business financial services. Mr.Robbins served as Executive Vice President for Energy Maintenance Services(EMS) Group, where he was a founding executive of this entrepreneurial energyservices firm focused on providing outsourced operations, maintenance andtechnology services to major energy companies. At EMS, Mr. Robbins performeda variety of roles, including developing the business plan, directing the sales andmarketing functions, and driving EMS’s acquisitions strategy. EMS was named anInc. 500 fastest growing company.

Camila Casale

Senior Vice President Consulting Services,Softtek

As SVP of Consulting services, Casale is responsible forthe creation and delivery of Softtek’s newest portfolioof value-added services, which was launched in early2015. The consulting capabilities will further add to

Softtek’s position as a technology-driven transformation partner for its clients.Casale has over 10 years of experience in the consulting industry. Prior to joiningSofttek, she served as Director of Business Development for Frost & Sullivan.Throughout her career, Casale has consistently performed as a top executive withthe acquisition and retention of major accounts in North America, Europe andLatin America. Her ability to create long-term and mutually beneficial businessrelationships, knowledge of diverse markets and industries, and ability to lead adynamic and effective team will play a critical role in developing the new offering.Casale holds an MBA in Business Administration from University of San Andrésand is fluent in English and Spanish.

Carmen González-Sanfeliu

Vice President, Latin America and Caribbean Operations,Intelsat

Ms. Gonzalez-Sanfeliu has over 25 years experience inthe Satellite Telecommunications Industry and isresponsible for INTELSAT’s sales activities in LatinAmerica and the Caribbean. As Vice President of the

region, she leads a sales force with offices located in Miami, Brazil and Mexicothat contribute over $500m in revenues to INTELSAT. The customer baseextents to broadcasters, carriers, multinationals and government agencies whichrequire the provision of telecommunications solutions such as broadcast services,broadband Internet, VSAT, corporate networks, cellular & mobile backhaul, VoIPand VPN. Ms. González-Sanfeliu was instrumental in developing Intelsat’s LatinAmerican sales strategy subsequent to its merger with PanAmSat in 2006. Duringthis time, she was Vice President for PanAmSat Latin America Operations andoversaw $180m in revenues. Previously to her current role at PanAmSat,Ms. Gonzalez served as Director of Latin America for Williams Communications

from 1998-2002, where she developed and implemented the business plan fortelecommunications opportunities in the region, working with both WilliamsCommunications satellite and fiber applications. During this time, she received theCircle of Excellence Award for top sales performance in 2000. Before Williams,Ms. Gonzalez-Sanfeliu was the Regional Director for Latin America for INTELSAT,and joined the company for the first time in 1996. She was responsible in thedevelopment of new sales in Latin America and instrumental in growing revenuesby $10m which represented a 41% increase in profits for INTELSAT. Born inVenezuela, Ms. González-Sanfeliu’s education includes a MBA magna cum laudefrom George Washington University and a BA from Georgetown University alongwith Independent Marketing Studies at Oxford University. Her continuingeducation includes Executive Leadership Training and Negotiations at the HarvardLaw School.

Carolina Casares

Dir. Head of Media,Yahoo LATAM & Spain

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, CarolinaCasares currently leads all of Yahoo’s media propertiesin Latin America and Spain, including overseeing originalproductions, monetization strategies, and special

programs. With an educational background in journalism and a degree from theUniversidad del Salvador, Carolina previously held a position at La NaciónNewspaper, one of the largest Argentinean media outlets. At La Nación, sheworked initially as a reporter and later as an editor for four years. She has beenat Yahoo for nine years, starting in 2006 as an editor at the Yahoo Argentina office.In 2008 she was relocated to Coral Gables, FL to manage the regional editorialentertainment team, followed by a promotion to head of originals. Her mostrecent position expands to overseeing all editorial operations for Yahoo enEspañol, Yahoo Brazil and Yahoo Spain.

Diego Gabriel Gómez

Vice President, Latin America,Verint Systems

Diego Gabriel Gomez is Vice President, Latin Americafor Verint Systems. In this position, Gomez focuses onexpanding and strengthening the company’s presence inLatin America. Gomez has joined Verint Systems with

more than 20 years of experience in high technology sales and executivemanagement in the software industry. Previous to Verint Systems, Gomez wasvice president and general manager for Latin America at PeopleSoft. Gomez alsoheld various positions within IBM Corporation.

Dr. Fernando Lopezmalo

Executive Director Market Access Latin America,Merck

Fernando began his carrier as General Surgeon at theAmerican British Cowdray Medical Center as a privatephysician. During this period Fernando worked as aconsultant for different companies in medical affairs

related projects. Fernando joined the Pharmaceutical industry as Medical advisorat MSD Spain in the infectious disease area; then as Medical Affairs for Specialtyproducts and as a Pharmacoeconomic Manager at Schering Plough Mexico. In2007 he moved to New Jersey as Director of Strategic Market Access at ScheringPlough Corporation. In this position he has also been supporting Woman’s HealthCare division with global Market Access and early pricing strategies for newproducts. In the last five years Fernando has been working as Executive DirectorGlobal Market Access developing and implementing Regional Market Accessstrategies across the countries ensuring patients have access to treatments.

John Maduri has extensive experience in building,growing, and scaling companies, ultimately establishingthem as leading players in the telecommunicationssector, by transforming and repositioning the legacy

Jordi Botifoll

President, Latin America, Cisco

Jordi Botifoll is President of the Latin America Theaterat Cisco. In this role, he is responsible for developingand executing the company's strategies for growththroughout the region. Previously at Cisco, Botifoll was

Senior Vice President of the EMEAR South Theater, where he was responsible formanaging all business in France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey,and Israel. Before that he was Vice President for the Mediterranean region, duringwhich time it became one of Cisco's highest-growth areas in European markets,leading Botifoll to be named VP of the Year in 2008. Prior to that, he was ManagingDirector Iberia. He joined Cisco in 1999 as General Manager of Cisco's Spanishsubsidiary, and under his leadership the Spanish business grew by more than 100percent during the first year. In 2000 he won the best EMEA General ManagerAward. Botifoll has more than 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joiningCisco, he was General Manager for the business market segment at Retevision,the second-largest Spanish service provider, as well as holding leadership positionsat Lotus Development Software, IBM, and NCR. He was awarded the prestigiousEngineer of the Year and Executive of the Year awards from the Spanishgovernment's Telecommunications Professional Institute in 2008 and 2005,respectively, and was named Senior Vice President of the Year by Dintel in 2012.Botifoll serves as Vice Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Spain,serves on the Board of Directors for AMETIC, and is a member of the CiscoBoard Team. Additionally, he is the executive sponsor for a variety of philanthropicprojects, including Oxfam International Darfur and MyTecC. Botifoll holds anelectronic engineering degree from the Escuela Superior de Telecomunicacionesand a master's degree in business administration from the Stanford ExecutiveProgram at Stanford University.

Jose Maria Garcia-Soto

Director of Integrated Health Solutions, Medtronic Latin America

Jose Maria Garcia-Soto is Director of Integrated HealthSolutions at Medtronic Latin America. He joinedMedtronic Switzerland in 2011 to work in thecommercial strategy function at the EMEA

headquarters. In 2012 he moved to Medtronic Latin America Miami headquartersto start the Integrated Health Solutions division from scratch. In his current role,he is responsible for developing and commercializing innovative value basedhealthcare business models and for building collaborative partnerships with

hospitals to create value while increasing efficiency, quality and reach of healthcaredelivery to benefit patients, payers and governments across Latin America. JoseMaria serves on the Board of Directors for Cardiored, a healthcare solutionscompany acquired by Medtronic in Chile. Prior to joining Medtronic, he worked5 years at Maersk Line in Spain, Portugal, Denmark and France, holding a varietyof leadership positions in the operations and commercial areas. Jose Maria holdsa bachelor’s degree in business administration from European Business Schooland a master's degree in business administration from IESE Business School atUniversidad de Navarra and UCLA Anderson school of Management. He is fluentin Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. In his free time Jose Maria enjoysplaying tennis, running and kitesurfing.

Juan Iramain

Managing Director, Corporate Communications, PublicAffairs & Government Relations, Latin America, Citi

Juan Iramain is responsible for Public Affairs, CorporateCommunications and Government Affairs for LatinAmerica and the Caribbean. He oversees all external

and internal communications, the development and implementation of theCorporate Social Responsibility strategy and government relations in 23 countriesof Latin America. He is responsible for ensuring message consistency amongstCiti's stakeholders, as well as crisis and reputation management in the region.Before joining Citi, he worked for The Coca-Cola Company, as Vice President ofPublic Affairs & Communications for the Southern Region of Latin America. Priorto that, he served as the Argentina General Manager of the international PublicRelations firm Hill & Knowlton, VP of Public Affairs & Communications at TurnerBroadcasting System for the South Cone, VP of Public Affairs & Communicationsfor Claxson Interactive Group and he worked for the Public Affairs Departmentof Massalin Particulares, Philip Morris International’s affiliate in Argentina. He holdsboth a Ph.D. and bachelor's degree in Social Communication from AustralUniversity in Buenos Aires and developed academic research at the University ofNavarra in Spain, as well as Northwestern University and the University ofChicago in Illinois.
