Alle teilnehmenden Geschäfte geben gern Auskunft über das Guthaben deiner Gift Card. Von zu Hause oder unterwegs hast du zu jeder Tageszeit die Möglichkeit dein Guthaben mittels

Smartphone, Tablet oder PC über deinen Browser abzufragen. Zur schnelleren Abfrage findest du einen QR-Code auf der Rückseite deiner Gift Card (www.gstaad.ch/giftcard). Dieser leitet dich direkt

zur Saldoabfrage und vielen anderen praktischen Informationen.

Tous les commerces participants te donnent volontiers des informations sur le solde de ta Gift Card. Aussi bien de ton domicile qu’en route, tu as la possibilité de consulter ton solde à tout moment

de la journée par smartphone, tablette ou PC via ton navigateur (www.gstaad.ch/giftcard). Pour un accès plus rapide, tu peux utiliser le code QR au verso de ta Gift Card. Celui-ci te dirige

directement vers la consultation du solde et vers de nombreuses autres informations pratiques.

HOW CAN I QUERY MY BALANCE?

ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN

1. Mit dem Guthaben auf der Gift Card kann der Eigentümer der Gutscheinkarte Waren und Leistungen von allen teilnehmenden Geschäften und Dienstleistern beziehen.2. Die Geschenkkarte ist übertragbar und unpersönlich. Bei Verlust, Diebstahl oder Beschädigung der Geschenkkarte übernimmt Gstaad Saanenland Tourismus keine Haftung. Die Verantwortung für die Gutscheinkarte und das darauf befindliche Guthaben liegt beim Eigentümer.3. Auf jeder Karte befinden sich auf der Rückseite eine Kartennummer und ein CVC Code. Bei Verlust kann unter Angabe dieser Nummern die Karte von Gstaad Saanenland Tourismus gesperrt werden. 4. Die Gift Card kann bei allen Verkaufsstellen* wieder aufgeladen werden (Mindestbetrag CHF 20.00). Das Guthaben einer Gift Card kann mit anderen Gift Cards von Gstaad Saanenland Tourismus kumuliert werden.5. Gekaufte Geschenkkarten können weder zurückgegeben noch bar ausbezahlt werden. 6. Wenn eine Zahlung aufgrund einer technischen Störung in den teilnehmenden Betrieben nicht möglich ist, behalten sich diese vor, eine Zahlung mit der Gift Card abzulehnen.7. Der Saldo auf der Geschenkkarte kann für Voll- oder Teilzahlungen eingesetzt werden. Eine Barauszahlung des Restguthabens ist nicht möglich.8. Die Gift Card behält laut Schweizerischem Recht 10 Jahre lang seine Gültigkeit. Wird die Gutscheinkarte innerhalb dieser Zeitspanne nicht genutzt, verfällt das Guthaben.

1. Après avoir chargé la Gift Card/ carte cadeau, le détenteur de la carte peut acheter des marchandises et prestations auprès de tous les commerces et fournisseurs de services partenaires. 2. La carte cadeau est transmissible et impersonnelle. Le détenteur est responsable de sa carte et de l’avoir qui y figure.Gstaad Saanenland Tourismus décline toute responsabilité en cas de perte, de vol ou de dommage à la carte cadeau. 3. Sur chaque carte figurent au verso un numéro de carte et un code de sécurité. En cas de perte, si vous communiquez ce numéro et le code, Gstaad Saanenland Tourismus pourra bloquer la carte. 4. La Gift Card peut être rechargée (montant minimum de CHF 20.00) auprès de tous les points de vente*. L’avoir d’une Gift Card peut être cumulé avec d’autres Gift Cards de Gstaad Saanenland Tourismus.5. Les cartes cadeaux achetées ne peuvent être ni rendues ni remboursées. 6. Si un paiement n’est pas possible en raison d’un incident technique dans une entreprise partenaire, celle-ci se réserve le droit de refuser le paiement par la Gift Card.7. Le solde de la carte cadeau peut être utilisé pour des paiements complets ou partiels. Le remboursement enespèces du solde restant n’est pas possible.8. Selon le droit suisse, la Gift Card conserve sa validité durant 10 ans. Si la carte n’est pas utilisée durant cette période, l’avoir chargé sur celle-ci est perdu.

1. With the credit on this gift card, the owner of the card can purchase goods and services from all participating outlets and service providers. 2. This gift card is transferable and impersonal. Gstaad Saanenland Tourismus assumes no liability for loss,theft or damage to the gift card. The responsibility for the voucher card and the credit thereon lies with the owner.3. Each card has a card number and a CVC code on the reverse. In case of loss, the card can be blocked by Gstaad Saanenland Tourismus if you provide these numbers. 4.
