The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi)
Before Jesus gave His Body and Blood on the cross for the salvation of the whole world, Jesus at the Last Sup-per transformed the bread and wine into His Body and His Blood and gave Himself to His disciples as the true food and the true drink. The feast of Corpus Christi is a splendid opportunity for us to reflect on the Real Pres-ence of Christ in the Eucharist. He is the living bread sent down from heaven to satisfy our deepest spiritual hunger.
The Body of Christ is both the community who gathers to celebrate the Eucharist, the Church, as well as the Eucharist itself. Nourished by the Body of Christ (the Eucharist), the Body of Christ (the Church) becomes the Body of Christ in the world, participating in the mission of Christ Jesus, witnessing to the Gospel in our daily lives. Sharing in the Eucharist is more than going to Mass and providing nourishment for our private lives. The Eucharist is our food and drink to rise above the divisions, the hate, the racism and violence which keep us apart.
Santísimo Cuerpo y Sangre de Cristo (Corpus Christi) Antes de que Jesús diera Su Cuerpo y Sangre en la cruz para la salvación de todo el mundo, Jesús en la Ultima Cena transformo el pan y el vino en Su Cuerpo y en Su Sangre y se dio a Si mismo a sus Discípulos como el verdadero alimento y la verdadera bebida. Confessions are tentatively Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 to 11:30 AM, and Thursday evenings from 5 – 6:30 PM.
Face coverings or masks are required when you come to Confession. Only 1 person is allowed in the sanctuary at a

St. Vincent de Paul Society COVID-19 is causing some trying times for us all, but the hardest hit will be our Rowlett neighbors who already struggle and live paycheck to paycheck. Layoffs will hit families hard. The teams have suspended home visits for now, but will assist via phone calls. Because there are no Masses being held, SVDP did not receive the normal 5th Sunday collection on March 30th. If you are able, please send your 5th Sunday envelope or other contribution to the Parish Office so that funds will be available to assist those who will be in great need.
Please continue to pray for the most vulnerable in our communities.

Faith Formation: Registration for classes continue next week. Spread the word!
New and Returning Faith Formation Families:
Registration for the Fall and Spring of our FF Year 2020-2021
will be taking place in June. More specifically, RETURNING
FAITH FORMATION FAMILIES ONLY will be registering
their children during the weeks of June 8-11 and June 15-18
(Monday-Thursday) from 8:00am-7:00pm in the Dunlop build-
ing. NEW FAITH FORMATION FAMILIES will be register-
ing during the weeks of June 22-25 and June 29-July 2
(Monday-Thursday) from 8:00am-7:00pm in the Dunlop build-
ing. RETURNING FAITH FORMATION FAMILIES WILL
BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER DURING ANY OF THESE
WEEKS IN JUNE. NON- REGISTERED FAMILIES WILL
BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST. NOTE: REGISTRATION
FORMS WILL BE FOUND ONLINE ON OUR WEB-
SITE. ONCE THESE REGISTRATION FORMS ARE
FILLED OUT COMPLETELY, new and returning families
