PTG valves

Panel radiator valves designed for specific heating elements with both connections from the bottom and an inner tract, not visible from the outside, enabling the the delivery flow to reach the upper integrated thermostatic group.

• Available both as straight (for floor-deriving systems) or angled (for wall-deriving systems) version.

• Flat seat connections and related gaskets, equipped with self-sealing adapters for 1/2”F or 3/4”M panel radiators.

• Pipe connection with Eurocono 3/4” adapters or base 18.

Thermostatizable valves with preset regulation, that is equipped with special maneuvering bonnet that, based on the position setting, determines a specific section of fluid passage, thus generating the desired pressure losses in the hydraulic system.

• They provide efficient balancing of the hydraulic circuit and offer great energy saving.

• Maneuvering bonnet that can be removed without emptying the system.

R206C balancing valves are differential pressure controllersthat maintain constant differential pressure regardless the flow rate. R206C is a straight-version linear controller and works without auxiliary power. The nominal differential pressure can be continuously adjusted from 5-30 kPa (switch L=low) or from 25-60 kPa (switch H=High). The switch between 5-30 kPa and 25-60 kPa can be setted onto the valve itself so that with the same device you can have a large range of differential pressures. The value for the setting (values among 0 and 9) can be read and selected from the diagram. The nominal set point is factory preset to a minimum. A capillary pipe is included and should be connected to the circuit regulating valve in the flow.

• Working temperature range: 2÷110°C• Maximum working pressure: 16 bar• Differential pressure range setting: 5÷30 kPa

Radiant ceiling system made with EPS 200 preformed panels coated with aluminum thermo-conducting sheets with plastic pipe coils.

• The thermo-conductor aluminum coating (0,3 mm thick), beside holding the pipe in place, provides an even thermal energy distribution on the entire ceiling surface.

• 600x1200 mm panels, 28 mm thick, pipe pitch 150 mm.• Special head panels (without thermos-conductor)

enable to easily complete the false ceiling surface. • Use of 16x2 mm or 1/2” plastic pipes with no

intermediate joints. The only joints provided for by the system are the pipe-manifold connections which are fully inspectionable.

• System finishing with application of plasterboard panels.

• Extremely flexible and light (installation directly on the ceiling or on the existing false ceiling).

• Possibility to dispose the single components thus reducing the environmental impact.

Wireless system for control of heating systems with distribution to manifolds and thermo-electric actuators.

• Particularly indicated for renovation works where it is advisable to avoid brick works for laying of connection cables between the ambient thermostats and distribution group.

• The system includes: one thermo-electric actuator control module, a programming touch display, one or more wireless wall-mount chronothermostats for ambient control, a temperature probe as water delivery safety thermostat.

RADIANT SYSTEM AIR TREATMENT

Monoblock units to control air humidity, compact and quiet, ideal for use with cooling radiant panels for residential use. In this refrigerating unit, equipped with hydronic coils supplied by the panel refrigerated water, air undergoes a specific thermodynamic treatment to be strongly dehumidified in order to prevent condensation. Available also with sensible power integration and primary air treatment.

Monoblock air treatment unit for false ceiling installation and use with cooling radiant systems, for easy and efficient dehumidification, air exchange, free cooling, thermoventilation, sensible thermal power integration. The evolution of the basic dehumidifier as it can be combined to a high-efficiency countercurrent air heat recovery unit and a specific additional ventilation system.
