The assault on Broca Beach has begun! Cobra Vipers discover a secret Blue Ninja production factory inMaine, and it carries a frightening secret: the Blue Ninjas have infiltrated Cobra, disguised asCrimson Guardsmen! Cobra Commander begins preparations for the oncoming assault, but it's already toolate. The Blue Ninjas are everywhere in Broca Beach and their leader, BN-001, is ready to lead theassault.

Meanwhile, Baroness and Snake Eyes have teamed up and gotten Storm Shadow to the hospital after avicious fight with a Blue Ninja cyborg left him wounded. Baroness and Snake Eyes quickly rush to BrocaBeach, arriving just in time to save Dr. Mindbender from the hands of the Blue Ninjas. But the attackhas begun and, just as our heroes are cornered within a warehouse, Mindbender activates Cobra's Battle
