Darklon has come to Benzheen, in an attempt to sell the virtual krytron he stole from Destro to GeneralFaroud, the newly appointed leader of Benzheen. A G.I. Joe team that includes Dusty, Airtight and TunnelRat are attempting to find Darklon before the deal occurs, but run in to trouble outside of one of thegeneral's palaces. At the same time, Destro and Baroness barge into the room where the negotiations aretaking place

Meanwhile, in the US, G.I. Joe has discovered the location of Cobra's new west coast headquarters,Rancho Corba, thanks to Clutch and Rock & Roll. Unfortunately, the two G.I. Joe operatives were foundout while attempting to rescue some captured teenagers. While Rock & Roll and one of the teenagers

manage to evade capture, Clutch and the other teens are now at the mercy of the sinister Dr. Mindbender
