When a mysterious force known as the Blue Ninja launches a destructive attack on Storm Shadow, SnakeEyes and Billy, they manage to kill Billy in the melee. Storm Shadow vows revenge on the Blue Ninjaclan. He and Snake Eyes deliver the body to Cobra Commander, before heading off to Revanche roboticsin New Jersey. There, Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow and Boris, the Russian master, find a fully-built robot…that suddenly activates! Forced to fight the cyborg, the Blue Ninja are alerted to their presence andthe Blue Ninja leader, BN-001, now knows what threat to expect from the Arashikage masters. Snake Eyesand Storm Shadow defeat the cyborg, Boris is injured and they all move on to the next step in trackingdown the enemy.
Meanwhile, Cobra Commander swears revenge on the Blue Ninjas and begins the hunt for his son's killers…
