We have taken our immensely popular sauces and gravies and managed to reduce the sodium content, while keeping all the fantastic flavour! Create all of your favourite entrées from these fast, easy to prepare, cost effective sauces and gravies. No added MSG. No Trans Fat.

Chicken OscarYield Servings: 10 Preparation: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes

1 l GFS Hollandaise Sauce10 x 140-160 g GFS Chicken Breasts*, grilled 60-70%50-75 ml LUDA Inspiration Condiment Mix for Meat or if substituting for fish, use LUDA Inspiration Condiment

Mix for Fish, Salads and Vegetables 80 g GFS Butter or Hard Margarine50 ml Garlic, finely diced1 kg Fresh Asparagus200 g Crab Meat or Imitation150 g GFS Parmesan Cheese, finely grated750 ml GFS Olive Oil (or good quality canola oil)*Note: Can be substituted with salmon, rockfish, cod or sole.

Prepare the GFS Hollandaise Sauce according to package directions. Keep warm. Brush the GFS Chicken or Fish with the GFS Olive Oil, then season with the appropriate condiment. Grill on a hot charcoal or flat top grill at high heat until it is about 60-70% cooked. Place on a baking sheet pan in uniform rows and reserve until just before service. In a large sauté pan, melt the butter at medium heat until it sizzles, then sweat the garlic followed by the drained spinach. When ready to serve, top the spinach mixture evenly on top of your grilled chicken or fish. Evenly top with the crab meat, then the hollandaise and sprinkle with the GFS Parmesan Cheese. Bake in a convection oven at 400°F (204°C) for 15 minutes or until done depending on the thickness of the breasts or fish.
