All pricing in this catalog is approximate and to

provide an estimate only. Since every product is

custom fabricated prices can vary.

Prices do not include painting, finishing, shipping

or installation. These services would be in addition

to prices stated.

Custom Consumer Ordering, Scheduling & Payment Policy

Getz Enterprises is a manufacturing plant and industrial repair operation.

Completion date estimates are dependent on production line workload.

Our diversity and ability to manufacture a large range of products allows us to take on custom consumer orders, however,

custom consumer orders are secondary to our main stream business. This may result in delays from original estimated

time due to required output needs from our manufacturing and industrial clients.

All custom consumer orders require payment in full prior to being scheduled into production.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by cash, certified check, money order or VISA/ Master Card. Personal, company cheques. Getz

Enterprises requires full payment with your order before production begins.

Delivery, Pick-up and Storage Policy

Getz Enterprises will treat customer materials with care; Getz Enterprises is not liable for any damages or loss of said

materials while in care, control or possession of Getz Enterprises.

Any such materials that are left by the customer will be returned, however, anything not claimed within 18 months will be

disposed of.

Getz Enterprises will do everything possible to meet acceptable delivery dates, which have been stated or acknowledged

by our sales representatives. These are only estimates and depending on production, there may be delays. Getz

Enterprises disclaims liability for delays in delivery.

In the event that a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up finished product within 10 days from completion, Getz

Enterprises assumes the right to sell, dispose of or use any material in the way that Getz Enterprises Ltd chooses.

Guarantee Policy

Getz Enterprises ensures that we will provide quality material and workmanship. We cannot be held responsible for

errors or omissions in the client - provided design, master, films or proofs.

Once a project is approved, we will charge for any work we perform, even if the project is cancelled before completion.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Getz Enterprises limits liability to reproduce or refund (at our option and discretion) on the services performed, provided

that the product is deemed defective by reason of poor workmanship or material. We are not responsible for damage to

product due to normal wear and tear. Reproduction or refunds will occur when the defective product is returned.
