1. Be sure to create profiles that are consistent across all platforms
2. Be sure to add a photo of yourself – an innocuous default egg or head just doesn’t cut it. People want to know you!
3. Twitter allows for a short bio that is 160 characters long.
4. Facebook gives you more space and even helps you build a life timeline
5. LinkedIn, as we’ve already said, helps you create a complete online profile of your accomplishments
