• Use the resulting .csv file from the export as your import template"– This file will exactly match your attributes and values – You can drop fields/columns you don’t use or that you
don’t want to update from the spreadsheet.
• Create new lines for each product to add"• File must stay a .csv file, don’t save as or
convert to an .xls/.xlsx"– Mac users—save to the Windows CSV (UTF-8) format
to ensure line breaks are correct

Import Product Images"
• In your spreadsheet, enter product names in the corresponding columns:"– Must be proceeded by a slash “/”
• e.g. /filename.jpg or /foldername/filename.jpg – Are case sensitive – Must match the actual image names and folder
location exactly
• Zip/archive your image files"– Select all your image files or folders you want to
upload and use your computer’s archive/compression utility to zip them up
• Import the zipped file into Magento Go "
