Bayless Telemedicine How to Join a Session

Getting Started:

Please install Zoom Cloud Meetings before joining your appointment. Zoom Cloud Meetings is available on

IOS Android and windows devices. You can search directly in their respective stores to download the app.

PLEASE DO NOT JOIN APPOINTMENT FROM ZOOM – You will need to click the link in your email to check-in

and notify your provider you are available

1. Open your email inbox 1. Find the Bayless email with the titled “Bayless Virtual - ZOOM Meeting.”

2. Click on the link provided and follow the prompts.

Joining your Appointment:

1. Tap the arrow to start your check in

2. Agree to our Terms of Services

3. Tap Enter Waiting Room

4. Tap the “Join” button to join your appointment when prompted.

5. Tap “Join with Video”

NOTE: You may be prompted to download Zoom again. If you have already downloaded Zoom continue to

“Join Meeting”

6. Enter a screen name for yourself (First and Last name preferred) and tap OK

7. Select “Call via device audio” to be able to talk with your provider in the meeting.

a. (NOTE: If this doesn’t appear for you and you cannot see the menu, tap the screen and select

your audio settings.)

You have officially started your Telemedicine Appointment!

Using Zoom - Tips and Tricks:

• You can HIDE or UNHIDE the menu bar at the bottom of your screen by tapping any blank space.

• Please be aware of the 3 dots now visible at the bottom of the screen. These will indicate which screen

you are viewing; you can access other views by swiping left or right.

• Center dot indicates the default middle view, this has a large video of the other person in the meeting.

• Left dot indicates Safe Driving Mode and is VOICE ONLY. If you select to NOT start your meeting with

video, this is the screen that will appear

• Right dot indicates a multi-view, so you can see your provider and yourself in equal size videos.
