organizations get a clear idea of who you are.

2. Customize your own interactive website using our basic templates and tools in Site Admin.

3. Post your news, events, documents & info on your website each day or week.

4. Connect to other leaders, companies and organizations across the network.

5. Invite your members, partners and stakeholders to join.

Complete your “Profile”• Make a good impression by going to Edit Profile & Settings in

the top Toolbar. This gives you access to Admin controls along the left side. Copy and paste information from your existing website.

Create your own “Site”• On Cspace™ you can create your entire website to share info with

your world of people and organizations.• Go to “Site Admin” section to start changing color schemes, creating

“Pages”, customizing your menu or adding “Site Images”.

Customize your Site Menu• You will have standard menus based on your organization type, but you can

customize them by going to Site Menu (a little advanced for now but try it out).

Create your own custom “Lists”• Go to “Edit Lists” in the Network Connections section and create your own “Lists”

(Employees, Volunteers, Sponsors, etc.). As you add “Connections”, you can designate the Lists to which they belong and publish List-specific information.

Work at “Home” and engage your world• When you’re logged in,

you have a “Home Bulletin Board” where you can follow the posts of all your connections and create your own posts.

• Get in the habit of checking in for a few minutes each day to see what your partners are doing and share what you’re up to!

• Go to Connect and start sending Connection Requests to individuals or organizations you want to be connected with.

• You can also click Connect next to their profile

• TIP: Use “Advanced Search” to get more specific about the kind of users you want to find

Post what’s happening each week• Post relevant News and information by clicking and pasting links

to articles you find on the web.

• Share your thoughts and get your members engaged by posting Blogs , Ideas and Needs.

• Cspace™ lets you upload and attach Documents like Word, Excel Spreadsheets, JPEGS, PDFs and PowerPoints.

• Post Videos from YouTube® and other sites and create Photo Albums showing your different activities.

“Share” your posts across the web• When you post information that you want only certain

connections to see, click “Share” then select the List you want.

• Quickly and conveniently increase readership by sharing your public posts to Facebook®, Twitter®, LinkedIn®, Google+® and other sites.

• Share other posts you find on Cspace™ to become a resource for the people and organizations you serve!

“Feature” the posts of trusted partners• “Featuring” is an easy way for you to share and promote the public

posts of trusted people and organizations on your site.

• When sending a Connection Request, check the option to “Feature” the user’s posts on your site.

• You can always “un-Feature” a user by clicking EDIT CONNECTION.

• TIP: Request to be featured by your connections so you can get your posts out on a bunch of other sites!

Invite your people and groups to join and build your network!

• Make sure you include a link to your Cspace™ site on your website and in every mailing (go to Support , in the footer of the Cspace™ website, for icons).

• Use Invite Friends to send invitations to your contacts in Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo! and others to build up your audience.
