We realize the challenges that many people face when looking to return to work. The Getting Back to Business Program is specifically designed to address these challenges head on. We provide intensive training to teach new skills, refresh existing knowledge and help individuals to regain the confidence to return to a career in business.

The six-week training course will ensure you have the most up to date knowledge and skills, as well as the confidence to return to the corporate world.
Upon completion of training, you will work as an FDM consultant on-site with one or more of our prestigious clients. The training is fully funded by FDM and in return, you will commit to work with us for a period of two years.
After this time, you may remain with FDM as a senior consultant, transition permanently to the client or seek opportunities elsewhere with the connections and experience you have gained over the course of the two-year program.

3. Attend an Interview DayThe Interview Day will focus on both your interpersonal and business skill sets. During the assessment, you will complete different tasks and exercises so that we can ensure your suitability for the program. You will gain an understanding of our working environment and get the chance to visit our office and see the training centre for yourself.
2. Complete a Telephone Interview Once you have submitted your application, we will call you to assess your suitability in line with our entry criteria.

• Have a degree or relevant work experience in areas such as business analysis, program or project management, or project support
• Have an interest in becoming a business consultant
• Be able to commit to FDM for two years after the training
