Depending on the requirement, you can choose between different assignment types. steadyPRINT enables location-based assignments as well as separate printer assignments for terminal servers and workstations.

Driverless printing and centralized driver maintenance.Thanks to the steadyPRINT Virtual Printer Driver, the entire driver maintenance at the client will no longer be necessary. Any other printer drivers can centrally and easily be maintained via the steadyPRINT Center.

Updated information and timely warnings.steadyPRINT displays all information of your printers in a clear dashboard. Define thresholds to be notified of problems at an early stage. Different reports can be created automatically and sent by e-mail in a time-controlled way.

Print server failure? No problem.In case of a failure, steadyPRINT immediately and completely switches all printer connections from the master print server to the assigned backup print server without any delay. For maintenance work, the print server as well as the printer can be set into a maintenance mode.

Print server migration.steadyPRINT makes the print server migration easier than ever – even with different operating systems. Incl. the migration of printers, users and drivers.

Printing with special systems (e.g. KIS, DATEV, ERP systems).The internal printer management of many applications is very complex. No problem: Create one or several virtual printers in your special system and use steadyPRINT to assign them different physical printers. Flexible, simple and reliable.

Printing without printer – from anywhere.Mobile users are a challenge. With steadyPRINT, users can print even if they are on the move and not connected to a printer. The print job is stored and the user will be reminded as soon as he gets back to the office.

FollowMe: Secure and flexible printing via smartphone app.With steadyPRINT FollowMe Printing, you flexibly decide where you want to print your documents. The user authenticates to the printer of his choice via a smartphone app and starts his print job. No unnecessary waiting due to the desired printer being busy, no unintended reading of printed documents in the printer.

Self-management without know-how.The steadyPRINT User Self Service enables everyone to manage one’s own printer assignments, easily and intuitively. It can be centrally managed which functions are available to which users.

Shorter login times.Compared to printer assignments by group policies or scripts, the login processes can be performed up to 30% faster – a considerable relief for the daily work routine.
