Task List Problem

I have a problem with my task list.It is getting messy easily.

Although I do and finish tasks in it,the list seems only increasing.

It might happens to you.

What is wrong with a mess?

First of all…I get irritated!And it makes me feel underestimated

because losing confidence with myself.And finally…

I could forget something important.How about you?

Can I escape from a mess?

That is very tough question to answer.

Okay, relax first.Only I need to get what causes a mess.

With a nice and simple question.Is it necessary?

How the list gets longer

Some people might want to knowhow a task list gets longer.

In my case...that’s because a task list is now only tool to organize my own works.

I prefer a simple way.So everything is written on it.

Rules to rule

I prefer keeping things simple as I said.I make rules to keep it.

Here are rules to rule a mess. Quite simple 3 rules.

Rule 1: 2 Minutes Rule

Do the task right nowif it takes only a couple of minutes

instead of adding it to the list.

Probably other people must think same.

Rule 2: Do it with energy

Check my energy level.Do the tasks when feeling power.

Honestly, I got stressed the other day as I felt exhausted and tried finishing tasks.

It was terrible I felt like an idiot.

Rule 3: Remove first

Think if that task should be done actually.Remove it.

You see it had been done if it would be important and should be done.

Just remove it or do it.

Do it?

Now I have something to do yet.Let me tell you a little tricks.

❖ Make a group of same kind of things.❖ Do the task, never re-think.

❖ Stop it when time would come.

Time to try

Just remember to rule a task list.You rule, not a task list rules you.
