How much does the test cost? Dhahran/Jubail: The cost for 5 lessons at a Harley-Davidson® dealership is 2,500 SAR. This includes government fees for issuing a license. *Cost of the lessons will be refundable if you buy a motorcycle from the dealership.

Jeddah: The cost for 5 lessons at Harley-Davidson® Jeddah is 1,500 SAR plus government fees for issuing a license which is approximately 300 SAR*. Cost of the lessons will be refundable if you buy a motorcycle from the dealership*.
