The Urban Project will finalize the necessary planning and design of urban renewal based on a combination of sustainability and innovation in which they develop and explore themes including the construction of architectural structures within the project. The proposal includes a new connetion between the squares Molino e Della Academia and a thematic park for kids using a previous building.

The goal is getting in touch with the urban and regional scale of the project, which focuses attention on the set of public spaces and landscape, overcoming the traditional distinction between text and context. The idea is fix the green area through the relocation of several elements that are contained in the park and adding new ones as the path of the senses (differentiation of different areas across the pavement stones, sand, flowers, colors, etc.).

The objective is to deliver contemporary complex systems for the continuous stratification of resources, the dynamics of development, the interaction between places, experiences, etc. The proposal contains a new volume destinated to for cultures attivities and it’s attach to the previous buildings.

The topic of urban renewal: a hypothesis for the redevelopment of Squares della Costituente e Atzei at Venaria Reale. (Piemonte- Italy)

The squares have an interesting position and potential within the city 'but' spaces that are being defined as public, have a characteristic, an identity ', a welcome activity' limiting (public parking) that allows them to create an epicenter other activities'. Are close but uncommunicating between them. Impercetibili are absent, but which have como spaces spectators to the activities' that carried out in each round. And that's what motivates this work to try to give them a "place" more 'defined in the urban landscape. Seeking a way to retrain them and give them away to other use than they are in actuality '. The project planincludes construction of an agricultural school for 120 students with all the tools (workshops, classrooms, auditorium, etc..) in the Piazza Atzei. Within the Piazza Della Constituent Assembly on the subject and 'social origin and sfrutamento the community'.
